Yes, Pran's mom actions are reasonable. And if you notice, Pran's parents never really poisoned Pran's mind against the neighbors unnecessarily. They had just warned him to be more careful of them and avoid their kids as much as possible while it was Pat's dad who made everything in Pat's life is about fighting and competing with that neighbour kid. Even in the first episode we only got Pat's side of story first. When patpran got into their first physical fight, Pran's parents advised him to avoid any conflicts with Pat and stay away while Pat's dad encouraged his son to beat Pran up even more. Pran's parents are not bad people in general like Pat's dad.
The thing I'm not talking about Ep. 10 last scene is because I'm still processing my feelings and thoughts about the scene. Still not able to properly articulate my feelings for the scene. I also think if I talk about it now, my words wouldn't be able to do justice to the scene the way it deserves.
