I ran the Chinese subs through Google Translate and then edited them extensively. Here you go: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uDo7JC6wBMgwKVyBX4MzVfAdJhRhs2Kb/view?usp=share_link…
Download the file, download the RAW from an unlicensed site (search BL Metamorphosis eng sub to find one. I don't think we're allowed to link to them here). and then use a program like the free VLC to watch the RAW and select the sub file to run with it.
ETA: I'd recommend the subs by furritsubs over mine since theirs is an .ass file (as opposed to my .srts) and, thus, has a better layout and appropriate colors for the backgrounds (that is, especially the black text on top of the white manga shots is helpful). Is this multi couple? Romance? Can you tell me a bit about the couples if any please.
I mean, yes, there are couples for each of the three successive generations of women in the family. But it's definitely not the focus of series. The first romance is cute but ands tragically. The second begins tragically but ends up enduring. The third is barely implied in the 112th episode. The series is probably not your best bet for romance, but that's true of at least 8 of the ten asadoras I've seen.
This moment of the show is Sakura's father's horrified fantasy that she just might want to have sex with a person she likes and is a direct reference to a scene from a very popular 1991 series, Tokyo Love Story in which the FL Rika asks the guy she likes, Kanchi, to come home with her. Sakura here is played by Nagano Mei.
Yes, but from week 13 on you must download the RAWs from somewhere and the subtitle files from here: https://www.d-addicts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=165090 . The streaming services have never noticed that the subs have been completed.
This is definitely the best show this season, the cast, their interactions and the vibe. Oh the vibe, how I wish…
Welcome to the Sakamoto fandom. Saikou no Rikon and Mother are also great - just be warned that Mother goes straight for the heart strings. Saikou no Rikon is a Sakamoto comedy and so, of course, you will cry there as well along with the laughs.
It has been announced that the series will be released on Netflix on August 1. It is unclear at this point (July 15) whether it will be available outside of Japan or have English subs.
I'm mildly interested in this show since it's based on the book by 山里亮太, but would rather see more progress on Yell which has been really good through week 6. I realize the show has been on hiatus, but it should resume broadcasting with week 14 next week. (And thank you, of course - I joined the Patreon just to see more Yell subs).
Is it a carbon copy of the original 1991 version. I loved that version. I am thinking of watching this version.…
Sadly, no. I'm guessing it's more faithful to the manga, and has fully incorporated modern communications (call-phones and texting). The scripts are not as good as those of Sakamoto Yuji.
How did u last till the end then? I mean for you this show is simply bad so why bother to watch all episodes?
It's one of the very few dramas featuring one of the current members of Terrace House Tokyo 2019 - 2020, Haruka, that has been fully subbed despite the fact that she has extensive imdb and MDL pages, and so I watched to see if she can act. She does a creditable job in the performance as do most of the actors.
Well, at least, Natsuzoura doesn't have the really bizarre amnesia plot to go with the missing family (the only…
I'd be happy to were that an option after posting, but it's apparently not. My apologies to anyone who wishes to watch Hiyokko - it is well worth checking out.
