Uncle and his aide suspect it but they don't have evidence. Young lord being deaf would be a big threat/disadvantage to him being the successor to the throne. Unless of course some Daifu in the kingdom and around come up with the latest treatment for it ππ!! (Remember Yunmu tells Su Ruofei that he has already secretly consulted the best of the best Daifus and no one was hopeful.) Else the Jasper plant may play a role again to cure his deafness! Or she will continue to be his Little Ears while he is the emperor and secret remains a secret! Lots of possibilities, no?
