There is many people who lowering ratings without, as you said, analyzing. And reasons for that is simple - they…
Firstly, I didn't touch upon the side story of Kang Dae Hee and Lee Hwan's story because I didn't really want to give away the whole plot of the story. I agree with your point that it is very powerful and probably has the most meaning of all the side stories but in my reviews I prefer to touch upon overarching ideas and characters so people can watch the drama for themselves or think about the scenes for themselves without me having to narrate each scene and its importance.
Secondly, I am unsure which questions you mean? In my first paragraph the questions I posed aren't really questions meant to be answered, they are purely philosophical. This drama gives an answer but there is no true "correct" answer. If you mean my second set of questions about the "plot holes," I am pretty sure they are valid. I went back to watch some scenes and I agree that the detective question was answered but there still exists plot holes about their "dreams/powers." For example, Suzy can dream of anyone? Than later on she only dreams about Lee Jong Suk? And seems to be able to focus all her dreams on the next day or in the next few days? Like when she proved to him she had dreams... thats not really how her dreams were portrayed to work in the beginning.

You should probably watch the whole show before writing a review that isn't accurate and has spoilers for people early on/in the middle of the drama. Not agreeing or disagreeing, and no offense, but this seems more of a comment than a review.
Not really. As a protagonist, XPJ is far more overpowered than MCS. He is a genius strategist and commander, and…
I would unfortunately have to disagree because I believe that XPJ is a pretty flawed character that still doesn't truly understand the etiquette of their society and merely tries to emulate his older brother. Similarly, I think that his biggest flaw is his dependence on his emotions and this can be seen with his dealings with his love interest and the internal conflict over what he should do or say to her. I would be in the same situation, she technically killed my brother to save me and given all the extenuating circumstances it's a given that it was not wrong. But every time I see her I want to hug her but also feel uncomfortable because technically she is the one that went against my wishes and saved me instead.
I think this drama may be on par with NiF1 because it has a lot of the aspects of NiF1 and holds the same strong plot, however, we still have about 15 episodes left to go and I hope that they continue with the strong themes and plot points. I love realistic political intrigue and military tactics which is one of the strongest points of both NiF1 and NiF2. I think the best point of NiF2 is that it doesn't have a super OP character like MCS from NiF1 because all the main characters all have "weaknesses" such as caring for family and civic duty that make them vulnerable but also relatable. Even the closest character to MCS is not seemingly infallible. And I like the idea that MCS and his influence doesn't just create one more OP/infallible character but instead has influenced generations to uphold his same values and to emulate the morals he held.
Hello, while I don't necessarily agree with your points, I respect what you are saying but I had some questions about some things in your review:
1) What do you mean by RoCH? I am unsure if that is a much older drama (because I have seen most of the newer ones, except Princess Agents) that I should watch or if there is another meaning? 2) Why did you compare this to Nirvana in Fire? I believe that this is actually in a completely separate genre than Nirvana in Fire...? 3) Do you like Nirvana in Fire? You said a lot of negative things about it but gave it a score that's relatively similar to T&E? 4) Finally, you listed some very negative points about this drama but you still gave it a 9.0/10 or a 18.0/23.0 (which I don't really understand). Could you explain in more detail what made it deserves it?
Thanks for writing your review because I think it is interesting to see someone else's opinion. I would have preferred a review that focused on T&E instead of comparisons to NiF1 more but this was still interesting to read. Thanks again.
Nice review. It was very informative and sensible but my favorite part was that reading it was pretty entertaining too lol. Anyways, hopefully you get through the last 19 episodes or whatever. I'll be back in a couple of weeks to read your updated review lol :)
I agree. I really like the actors, but I feel the writing isn't doing them any justice. Somethings feel a bit…
Thanks for commenting. I will try and update this review in the next few days when I get to see the last few epsiodes. Right now it looks like my review is gonna go down though :/.
This is exactly me feelings. The cinematography, CG, costume, actors all did well. But the writing and plot just…

HOLY FRICK! YOU LEGIT JUST WROTE A REVIEW THAT I WAS ABOUT TO WRITE! HOLY FRIK! I DID NOT THINK THERE WAS ANOTHER…
Hello :) and thank you for such kind words. I have been busy and haven't checked in a while but thank you so much for reading and responding positively to my review. I'm glad there are other people that watch and analyze as much as I do. Honestly, it sometimes bothers me how much I analyze dramas when I realize they are works of art but I am super happy to hear positive feedback. Thank you so much. Hopefully there are more great dramas like this in the future :)
Excellent review! I do agree that Kim Heechul is the saving grace of the show. I have never binge watched it tho.…
I agree with your points and definitely do find myself watching highlights of certain artists/idols that I really like. I feel like there is a lot of potential with the show but there seems to be something missing. No idea what it is. But thanks for reading my review and responding positively!
I kinda have to agree with this. I don't think I'm going to re-watch this as much as I love Park Bo Young. :)…
Thanks for the comment. I also think that Suran’s heartbeat was a great Song. Other than that there were just too many weird song choices. I also really like Park Bo Young. If you have any other of her dramas to recommend please let me know. She really is a great actress and I would like to see her in other possibly more complex roles. Thanks for reading my review!
