yes. it is possible to come to school at night. this is also allowed in other countries as well. like in my country as well (UK)
I think there might be a slight change in the place you live but it's common to comeback at school at night, though there's time limit in which you can come and you can not completely access each and every room of the school since it's night (at least in my school)
