"Lighter and Princess" proves that good dramas don't care about what haters think before becoming a success and also doesn't need extensive advertising. Initially, haters rated it poorly without watching, but episode 8's iconic cart scene surprisingly blew up, captivating passersby unfamiliar with Chen Feiyu's exceptional acting, youku didn't even do much of a promotion in L&P. The drama did exceptionally on Solo which led to a remarkable turnaround, as the show broke Youku's 10K heat index back to back, topped all charts for weeks, and surpassed popular dramas like "Love Like Galaxy", "Until the End of the Moon", and "Love Between Fairy and Devil". Notably, Chen Feiyu's character 'Li Xun' dominated multiple charts at #1. Ultimately, this success story demonstrates that hard work, quality storytelling, and exceptional acting truly pay off.

And that was last 2yrs ago also Arthur's last aired drama until now. So I get why haters are shaking on his comeback with Xianyu.

I feel he'll want to try different characters and settings. But the synopsis doesn't align with his principles. This is female centric project

Chenfeiyu dramas this year have amazing potentialz. One thing I love mostly about him is that he has a good eyes of picking Amazing Scripts 🤝

Hopefully Her next drama, I genuinely wanna see her in a fluffy romance drama. With a male lead in her age range. Hidden love was and still a gem 💎
