Title Friends
Miss Woo Bin. It turned out to be a short and sweet drama. No cell phone back then must be hard for long distance…
Definitely existed but soooo expensive for long distance or international calls.

I'm a big fan of these Japanese - Korean mixed dramas. Remembering Friends, Virgin Snow, and Stars Echo from early 2000s. Surprisingly Lee Se Young and Kentaro Sakaguchi are also coming out with a drama as well!

??? why so little info is this a mystery invisible show
I'm one of the few people who have probably watched this on MDL. Its probably because its hard to find and there are no offical subs or fansubs. Only AI subs exist.

Title Our Secret Diary Spoiler
this movie is being subbed by ECOTVSUBS!
Just gonna comment. But, it seems like the subber does not want to directly be associated with the title of the drama in a "public capacity" since it can lead to problems with original movie holder. (check their tweet). Might want to delete since they will delete that tweet soon anyways.

Title Casting a Spell to You
It was filmed back in 2017.... was in limbo forever........
Yeah that was the sad thing.... Probably was one of the few competitors of Viki (and the only significant one a long time ago). No idea why WarnerBros bought it only to kill it off less than two years later. Asian content distribution and popularity has definetly become more profitable in the last 5 years or so considering investments made by Amazon, Disney +, and Netflix into providing more content as well as additional streaming services popping up.

Always a big fan of of these types of dramas. Friends (2002) between Won Bin and Kyoko Fukada was a cute drama.

This drama is super old. Probably no online sources. I could only find a Japanese release: チェ・ジウ 情熱…
Would need to buy on a Japanese site like Yahoo Auctions, Amazon JP, or Mercari JP

Fun fact: They had some promo materials like T-shirt , bag, and photocard they used for promo for this movie. They were signed by Mio Imada..... I bought the T-shirt off one of the winners but it was so expensive.

Tbh I think the 90s and early 2000s had a lot of great J-dramas!

Pretty rare for Kdramas unless issues with broadcaster or some kind of controversy with cast. For this one in particular, this drama was involved with the now shuttered DramaFever. DramaFever was bought by WarnerBros and subsequently shut down. So likely the holdup was due to some kind of contract or no broadcaster to show the show anymore when it was first scheduled to be released. I think CDrama is mainly delayed due to censorship, controversy with actors. Always an unfortunate thing when dramas don't get released.... so much hard work and money gone to waste away.

Didn't expect they would make season 3. Will they make the Retry as season 3? Or will they make Border Road but…
All speculation at this point I guess. Maybe they'll make some original content?
