same, if only they'd publish it in english. I'd absolutelty buy it. Just not too keen on the whole time traveling aspect. I much prefer Chu Qiao being the daught of a spy instead of waking up in an 8 year olds body.

The writers and director could have easily ended the last episode with an epilogue of Zing'er and Yuwen Yue meeting again at the festival. That would have been at least satisfying ending if they weren't going to finish the story and with the original cast. I just hope that since PA has gained international popularity, we'll be seeing english copies of the novels soon.

I'm hoping that the trailer for the last episode is showing us what we're all dreading because it wont happen and it's just meant to scare us and keep us all in suspense and emotional turmoil before we get a wonderful ending, otherwise it's just bad marketing to show the audience the conclusion. Trailers are meant to be an enticement, not a summary. Fingers crossed.

Getting worried this wont end like the book. I've noticed certain things between Yan Xun and Yuwen Yue have been swapped such as the fact that it was Yan Xun exchanging letters with the princess of Liang (in the drama it's been swapped to Y.Y) and the comment, " A country, I can come back and conquer another day but if Chu Qiao dies, she can't be brought back " was spoken by Yuwen Yue ( in the drama it's said by Yan Xun). Really hoping the writers haven't changed the story to have a sad ending.

I agree with NaijaLuv_88. General and I was really good and all the leads were fantastic and had great chemisty. The best thing I liked about General and I was that the female protagnist was brave, very smart and saved herself alot of the time. The other really good point is that the male protagonist absolutly loves her intelligence and is so proud of her when she bests him in either board games or war.

Reading the synopsis and watching the trailer it seems very similar to General and I which was amazing! I hope this one ends like General and I too.
