I am on episode 11 and just don't understand why she didn't use water to heal the scar on her shoulder? She could heal other wounds but not this which could put her and those around her at risk. I just don't understand. Am I missing something?
Yes, you need to watch the season 1, bcs they just divided 62 eps to 2 seasons. For the ending, it is has a decent…
Thanks so much for your response. I guess you are recommending it? 62 episodes is a lot but I want to watch something other than the usual cold CEO/prince/general/lord and the sweet, clumsy, naive girl story done to death in most C dramas these days. I am thinking of taking the plunge and watching this instead.
Do I need to watch Reunion: The Sound of Providence season 1 to watch this? Also, is it a happy ending because I am really thinking of watching this but have been burned by crappy endings in C-dramas too many times.
I am thinking about this but just one question: how is Yang Zi in this? I think I am seriously allergic to that…
I am very late commenting to your comment but I just saw this as a recommendation today and was scrolling to read the comments. Totally agree about Yang Zi. I couldn't stand her in AOL and don't like her in general. So thinking of skipping this one. So sad she is the one in Oath of Love with Xiao Zhan because I am going to watch it for him but wish it was someone else.
That being said, it was very good. Not as good as Ten Miles of Peach Blossom IMO but I would still recommend.…
To each his or her own:) I loved this way more than Ten Miles of Peach Blossom. I guess that's the beauty of being drama lovers and having this forum. We get to see other points of view and different preferences.
I am on Ep 2 and its not grabbing me. So excluding FL, should I continue?
It is okay. If you want to just watch a fluffy drama with an annoying FL (unless she gets better later) and a ML who is handsome but seems to scowl a lot, then it is good for just some mindless entertainment. So far there's nothing that really grabs one's attention but if, like me, you are in withdrawal from Love and Redemption and are just wiling your time until another great drama comes along, this might be for you. If you have other stuff that you are watching and too much fluff is not your cup of tea, then perhaps you can give it a miss or just try the first couple of episodes. Anyway, that's just my opinion and maybe others have their own point of view:)
Is it just me or is the FL quite annoying? She seems to be extraordinarily clueless and argumentative around the ML. She can't seem to tell the ML is so nice to her while she really trusts someone like Han Rouxi from the get go. She seems unable to tell that they ML has no interest in Han Rouxi from their interactions. I mean she's herself never witnessed anything yet (episode 5) to suggest they are are a couple. Why must most C-dramas have this trope of a naive, clueless female?
Guys since productive procrastination has finished subbing the whole show I'm just here to say THANK YOU SO MUCH…
Yes indeed! Many many thanks to Productive Procrastination. Can't thank her enough for her hard work. I simply loved the drama and it is now one of my favourite dramas ever along with The Untamed. I couldn't have watched it without the subtitles since I don't understand any Mandarin. All I know how to say and will say here is " Xiè xiè, Productive Procrastinator :)"
Okay, the reply you got was way too shallow, those three words were not an explanation:Hao Chen didn't know Sifeng's…
@blizzardahm Thank you so much for your answers! It is good to know that Hao Chen didn't know Sifeng's real identity. Poor Hai Chen. So messed up! I am so glad that Sifeng and Xuan Ki are destined to be together in heaven. It's the most epic love story ever and the most perfect of couples :)
So did Hai Chen know all the while that Sifeng was Xixuan? That seems kind of strange then how he acted knowing Sifeng was also the Heavenly Emperor's son. And like someone else asked, if Sifeng really died in the last episode, wouldn't he simply come back as Xixuan? Are these plot holes? I really hope someone can explain these so I can continue to love this drama. Otherwise I did love the drama and rated it 10 for Cheng Yi's acting alone.
