Xianxia is not for everyone and it looks like the haters are out here doesn't understand how good this drama is!
not everyone, definitely. But tell me why some1 would write a review like "ZLS can go to hell", "I dont like the FL" etc There were comments with no connection with drama itself, insults, scolds, curses, body shaming, pure hate.

drama is good, LOL. Not sure why so many ppl try so hard here to prove this one flopped. I feel like we watch diff dramas. I wont talk again about data in Mainland China, where it tops all charts and overpassed 2% already, but overseas, TLI is top 1 in Wetv appl all these 3 days in many countries: USA, UK, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Philipines, Singapore, (I think Bangladesh, too, but not sure yet about it) My point is that millions of ppl enjoy a lot this drama, their number is bigger day by day, they watch it relaxed, for their own pleasure without looking to find problems In the end what we hope/want more? Are there better dramas? Of course. But there are tones of worse dramas, with known actors who would die for TLI data Why so big fuss around this drama, if someone doesnt like it, he/she has just to drop it and move to something that makes him/her happy. But the fact their happiness is camping in this comment area, shi***ng on it, watching drama only to find mistakes/problems, rating with 1 after the first ep says nothing about drama, but a lot about that person

tli is the single xianxia I know that was aired only 8 months later they turned off camera. They rushed it as they rushed LLTG. cgi arent bad, not spectacular but far to be bad. I saw so much worse, even this year

I love A Yin. ZLS is good in TLI. To find out if an actor/actress is good or not (if she/he sells), you have to see her/his drama fans (which is different from her/his fandom). Drama fans are those passers by who watch her dramas, coz they like her acting, the ones who pay to see them. Lusi has many drama fans, that's why whatever her ML is, her dramas have a huge number of reservations (almost 5 mil for HL, almost 7 for TLI). ZLS broke with TLI all her records (data), TLI had the best data after the first 2 days of airing from all of her dramas and it ranks on 7th place in the Tencent best sellers list after only 2 days of airing (after the first day it was on 17th, see the progress ). This means drama is doing VERY good. I can tell you that she made big efforts for those 4 tonalities of her voice (1 for every stage of her char development), to keep them during the dubbing. And she was praised by ppl who work in the field and know more than you or me ("very good acting, good performance").
Not everyone has to like her acting, this is a fact. And it's normal to be this way. In the end is a matter of taste. We usually tend to go with the majority, but there's no problem when we have different opinions, like yours. I also dont like some other actors/actresses' acting. I drop drama and move on. I dont make a fuss in those drama comm area, but, also, we are not all the same
just drop drama and watch something that can brings you joy and makes you happy

she pinched her nose for that tiny voice. I saw several videos with her dubbing. As far the tiny voice is used in char (she is a baby, that egg just hatched) I am more than fine with that voice. Actually she was publicly praised for the ability/performance/ acting by the voice director (post on weibo). As far a prof. praised her, we, as common persons who dont know much about tonalities, the effort to keep the same tonality during a stage of the char development, we can only say that we like it or not. In the end, it's a matter of taste. And seriously, ZLS isnt the actress who uses that tiny voice outside drama char, she makes efforts to have that voice when the role demands

for that tiny voice she had to pinch her nose. She has 4 tonalities of voice for the 4 stages of her char development. She was praised publicly for her performance by the voice director. As a viewer, I like that tiny voice coz it is used right, in char, in the end she is just a baby there

Ok....but if this drama is nothing for you, why did you make a new account on the 12th of December just to write this and downrate it? I really dont understand why some ppl are so scared of the success of this drama. Coz even if it is a hit or a flop, their fav's drama data cant be infl. by that.
