it’s been a while since something made me just sit with no distractions, just listening. the kids, like tudou, remind me that kindness isn't loud. it's in small, unconscious gestures like moving stones, shielding someone’s head.
but what struck me most was how they listened. no one comparing struggles or rushing to respond. just sharing and somehow that made things lighter.
when lusi admitted neglecting her health and tudou said "you didn’t have reverence for life" you could see it struck her. sometimes, it takes someone else's words to make us realize what we’ve been doing to ourselves.
knowing what lusi has been going through lately makes this show feel even more raw. she's always told us to be our own sunflower, to bloom when its time. but healing isn’t linear and courage isn't always loud.
if #BeMyself teaches me of anything, it's this: we don’t have to carry everything alone.
