It's funny how I almost can't watch new dramas anymore (from the 2020-2025 generation). But whenever I rewatch some of my favorites from the past decade, they still seem so current and good, even though I'm more mature now than before, my favorite dramas still seem excellent when I rewatch them. In fact, even with some questionable parts, they are still much better than many current dramas (which even receive good ratings here on MDL, which surprises me a little). It's not a perfect drama, but it's possible to appreciate and feel pleasant and happy in 80% of the drama, with a good soundtrack and scenery. It's the kind of drama that you can rewatch and still feel a warm feeling in your heart.

I recently rewatched the drama Encounter and had the same feeling. It's so nice <3 I tried watching the drama Love Next Door and despite having a high rating (8.3) here on MDL, it's so hard to keep watching, weak story, little chemistry between the protagonists... it makes me miss dramas like Coffee Prince.

This is one of the things I love most about this drama. It's not an (explicit) LGBT drama, and it's a drama set over 20 years ago. But if it were made today, it would still be one of the best scripts ever written for a romance. A light, enjoyable, and fun story to watch.

The female protagonist doesn't fit into stereotypes, and that's not a problem for the love to develop between the two. It's so sincere. I really like how everything unfolds.

The people who criticize the age difference in this drama are the same ones who support dramas like Goblin, Mr. Sunshine, and so many others with absurd age differences, but which are accepted by the drama viewing community (in general).
Very few dramas feature this genre with a woman older than the male protagonist, and when they do, these "moral critics" appear to scrutinize the k-drama.

I'm thinking about Lost too, cause I not watched yet. But about My mister is just AMAZING. Really. One of my favorite dramas. Good acting, good lines, good songs/OST, good story and memorable moments.

Eu também! Só por ser da mesma escritora de Secret Love Affair já me faz ficar ansiosa por isto. Aliás, eu acredito que te conheço do Asian Team. Assim que vi a foto de perfil e o nome me lembrou na hora, costumava ser um membro participante, né? É bom encontrar rostos semelhantes em comentários de dramas que anseio também...

I watched this drama when it was still being released, and.. this so AWESOME! I've had the same feeling, like, it reminds "My Ahjussi" in the emotions and mature & serious theme as you said.
My favorite episode is the 14 when everything seems pointless and tiring for Sun Woo .. lifeless.. I don't know how explain it indeed but the feeling, the scenes, fotography, emothions.. it's simply perfect! I cried so much and I continued to watch again and again then I realized that this was one of the best shows that I've been watched in these 5 years.
Ps.: My Ahjussi is one of my favorite dramas too.

Esse drama está tão incrível e a forma como é contado.. meio fantasmagórico e poético mas sem perder a realidade dos personagens. A forma distinta de percepção que o drama traz para tratar os traumas é o que faz dele mais original! Eu estou simplesmente amando tudo. E.. nossa, horei junto com a protagonista nos pesadelos dela e em sua agonia, na verdade, quase todo episódio que mostra os sonhos delas e as lembranças deles meu coração se aperta. Esse drama está realmente atingindo todas minhas expectativas e ainda sambando nelas!

AAAA amei >~< O casal é simplesmente muito cativante. A Ha Jin é incrível, tão sincera e se entrega a tudo que ama, é um relacionamento tão maduro e saudável que a cada episódio meu coração aquecia com alguma cena desses dois. A história como um todo é muito bom! Gosto muito do tema de hipertimesia, mas geralmente sempre há um final mais triste, mas neste não. Mostra que é capaz de amar mais de uma pessoa sem necessariamente precisar esquecer a outra. Sem dúvidas, a maturidades deles é o que faz o relacionamento ser tão gostoso de acompanhar. Vou sentir muita falta!

Esse drama está tão gostoso de acompanhar. A cada episódio me traz uma sensação gostosa diferente, a relação de todos os personagens são tão sincera entre eles que dá gosto ver algo tão maduro e responsável. Eu amo a protagonista, além de ser linda, autêntica e divertida, mesmo passando por tudo que passou é capaz de tomar decisões bem pensadas e arriscar coisas por o que acredita e ama, ela me enche de orgulho ♥ a relação dela com o irmã é tão bom de ver.
O casal secundário é uma fofura, dá aquele aconchego gostoso nas cenas de suspense e drama. O drama sabe medir bem as doses de tudo e trazer um projeto incrível para nós.
Por mim, ele já está sendo um dos melhores dramas dessa temporada.

Eu não sei pq, mas parei no episódio 7 e não consigo voltar a ver.. simplesmente não me dá vontade de assistir..

It was hard to watch the total destruction of one of the best characters the drama had, the king. And it got tiresome because they were just dragging it down to episode 20.
For me, the drama was sensational until the middle of episode 8.

Essa "pag" não é um fansub ou um site para ver dramas online, é apenas, como diz o nome, uma rede social que vc pode fazer uma lista e 'arrumar' sua vida doramática. Pode add ou os dramas que vc quer ver futuramente, favs, já vistos, dropped e etc. Entendeu? Tbm pode fazer resenhas entre outros.

That song 'Ave Maria' gives me goosebumps too, loved it. It's so intense... And no matter how much time passes, it still touches me in such a way...
