Why do I have the feeling that the 2FL actually likes ML but is pretending not to? And that she's the one that brought that director guy. He seems sus... to me.
I thought I would like her character at the start of ep3 when she squabbled with the ML about their fake engagement, but I realized she's really not likeable at all.
I was so excited while I watched the first four episodes, but now I don't even know what is going on anymore. I went through the last two episodes in a daze. That's how bored I was.
That sister of his deserves to be thrashed, she is living in his house for a while now, why she did not tell him…
It's painful and heartbreaking to watch, and Yoon Bok will live in guilt now, yes, but I have to say the mother is also at fault here. Yes, she had no choice in the matter concerning him but she could have at least seen him once all those times he went looking for her. That little glimpse he got of her in the kitchen and to finally misunderstand that she didn't want to see him, broke him. I would be hurt too and resentful.
I remember watching this during the pandemic confinement period. It lifted my spirit during those gloomy days. It was the 5th Korean drama I ever watched.

Just finished ep16: Dosung has really lost it lol. He says his brother took a liking to the woman he almost married when he knows that they were already together (not dating but can be perceived as much when 2 consenting adults spend time together in that era) before the wedding ceremony. that's why I say his mind is already clouded with jealousy and not taking her own desire into account. And is deceiving himself with the use of protecting his family when he doesn't count his brother as part of that family.
It is CP fault. Being an idiot. Who can't take what is his.
I guess we all agree that it's the CP's fault. He has to stop trying to protect and shield everyone when they all have their own agendas. As immature as Dosung is, I think he tried, he really tried not to go against his brother. The CP is conceding too much and it's time he stopped doing that, giving Dosung unnecessary power over him.

But at least now, some things have changed while he was taking his 'beauty sleep'. The CP has brought some people to his side, like the eunuch and some others, I don't think they are completely alone now. The king waking up can at least do some damage. Although I still think that FL's father will weasel his way out again and escape.

When we are teenagers, we develop crushes pretty easily. I think you can have a HEALTHY crush on your teacher, as long as you don't cross the line. Usually, it motivates the teenager in question to work harder just to make the teacher proud.
Now, they are both old enough and not committing a crime. They should enjoy their passionate romance before the breakup, which I'm sure will happen. Let's just hope not anytime soon.
