For the first time since I watch East Asian shows, I witness foreigners acting well, and not like tourists who got offered a small role in a drama without any acting experience.
Do I think Jin Young Kang's acting so bad that I drop the drama? No. But what I do know is that he certainly didn't dive into the studio right after his military service to act for this drama. I'm sure he's been playing theater, practicing, refreshing himself, making this the limit of his acting abilities.
The synopsis sounds like Flower of Evil. Yes the concept and execution is different, but it feels in a certain way alike. Especially the fact that the FL is suspecting her man and pretends to know nothing about it.
After all, it's a long drama. So I think it would be very pleasant if she suspects her man for a while (like 20+ episodes) instead of them working together to find the real criminal. Because if after 10/15 episodes he turns out to be innocent, I think it won't stay as interesting.
And please PLEASE don't make the FL stupid, cringy, crybaby, loud...
The TV show lasts one hour for each episode. It has no comedy, fantasy, and so is entirely based on politics and drama. This can be very skeptical for me, because such a TV show needs to have an excellent interesting storyline. It has to be exciting and get better every episode. Otherwise, I lose interest super fast and drop the drama.
What I'm actually more worried about are two things.
1: How long it takes until her identity is revealed (especially by the ML since it has romance ). 2. The screenwriter. The person has no work with a score above 8. Whether the writer shows good work remains a guess.
Tempted, True Beauty, The Bride of Habaek have the worst storyline, but people ignore that and only look at the visuals of the cast... end up thinking it's underrated, because the chemistry is great and their "oppa" deserved better.
On WeTV it's Phillipines, Malaysia and Indonesia.
However there is a trick on WeTV: you connect to VPN, play the video a few seconds, disconnect your VPN and the video still loads and plays.
no way such sibilings exist. i cant relate.
