My comment was a confirmation and question of what you had written, because right now I am surprised at how some people (in this case you) think about people who do love the drama, but also have critical thoughts. And my opinion does not play a role here.

What do you mean by that? Are you trying to say that if I enjoyed the drama but don't like some aspects of it and write criticism, you won't tolerate that because I should necessarily ignore the exasperating moments if my overall opinion of the drama is positive?
This is one of the worst illnesses I have ever seen. Slowly seeing your family member go from active and happy to someone who is completely paralyzed and feels trapped in their body is something I could not live with. May God never allow my family and myself to live with such a condition.

A whole new kinda k drama with artistic aspects you said? Sorry, but the execution feels just like other k-dramas that are Netflix originals. The aura reminds me of It's Okay to Not Be Okay, and even earlier dramas like One Spring Night and Something in the Rain.
Btw, this is not a personal attack, but I'm just wondering is this the first Asian show you've seen? I mean, you even gave a review with only 10's and rated this as the best drama you've ever seen... out of all those existing high rated dramas. Of course, it's still your opinion, but I thought it was funny.
