I agree with you, the 2 male leads are somehow Rookies but the females have been acting for quite a long period…
Eun Woo has starred 9 dramas where he is a ML since 2015. Calling him a rookie is an excuse. Saying that it's just early episodes and his acting will improve later on is also an excuse. (Generally speaking btw.) He is an experienced bad actor who is lucky to be a pretty face. Fans don't care about his acting, all they do is drool over him anyways. Sure he has other talents, but acting is his worst one for sure. In the end, directors use him for marketing reasons. And it works well because we watch it in the end anyways. But this doesn't change the fact that he stays one of Korea's worst actors.

Seo Jun has more storyline. He also expresses his feeling very well. He knows how to act and do natural looking facial expressions/gestures, even though he is supposed to be kind of a cold character. While Su Ho, yeah.. I feel like I know nothing about him. I can't feel close to his character. It feels like Seo Jun is ML and Su Ho SML. In the end, Su Ho will get the girl for sure and that's a pity... god why did they have to let Seo Jun sing while being sad as well? That's just a "lemme force you SLS" scene. Also his good connection with his mom...
