I just started this and y'all the chemistry is bomb I see the sizzle in their eyes! Idk why but JSM got to be the queen of chemistry or some cause all her shows has consistently top notch chemistry. Also idk why but the friend annoys me her attitude towards Jin kang to me isn't the same way genuine way that Jin kang treats her.
She's such a talented one from flowers of fog, battle of changsha, ode to joy, Destiny of the White Snake and lastly her recent Ashes Of Love her acting just draws you in so well that she doesn't need to have the pretty face. Although she is pretty but she's like a gem among celebs since all I see nowadays are pretty faces with limited acting. I love how she's so adorable and Ik some people don't like her face or call her plastic which is not true she's a natural since she still looks the same since Home With Kids. I'm in love with Yang Zi's amazing self her new project needs to come out soon!
I'm hoping for a S2 too but idt there will be one since I read somewhere before that Zanilla the fl clashed with the director or producer so she's not reprising her role. Also the ml Lin gengxin said he'll not be in a S2 without Zanilla so yeah it seems like we were not going to get it.

I do agree with @pinocchio to not force yourself to watch this just because of ratings and yea JM is one of the best thing from the show and if you're not into her it's hard to like this show. True TMOPB is hard to forget but AOL imo is better since I just couldn't agree with some of the fl actions or the plot. BQ was so cold and uncaring to the ml idk I just don't like it that much when one of the otp are unfeeling ya know. Like BQxYH chemistry are top notch but BQ herself nah, YH/Mark kept me from dropping it.
