I actually really enjoyed this one!
The production may not be the best out there, but I had such a good time watching this series. The plot kept me interested, there was plenty of drama and unexpected twists to the mix, and the chemistry between the leads was SO GOOD. I had a really good time watching it, and honestly, I'd happily watch more of these characters because I wasn't ready to say goodbye just yet!
I also have to say that I understand why some people were upset about only the first two episodes being available for free, but let's be honest producing a series costs money, and not every production has the sponsorships or budget to make everything freely available (I don't know if that were their case, but still). Charging for content is a valid business model, even if people are absolutely entitled to discuss the pricing and accessibility... you just pay if you want it, it's that simples!
What I find a little strange is seeing people get so worked up over the MDL rating. If someone has only watched two episodes, they can rate those episodes based on their experience. I don't think that's enough to judge the entire series, BUT THIS IS PERSONAL to each individual, so let's calm down a little. Having watched all episodes myself, I found the 7.1 rating pretty reasonable. It's not the most polished BL ever made, they could've done things WAY better, BUT yes, it was entertaining, had great chemistry, and gave me a story I genuinely enjoyed.
But anyways, those are just my thoughts!
