My favorite romance Comedy (yet not as silly as some others, since it's very realistic and mature) of all time! <3

I guess this just means he'll cry after he's killed JDJ, but sadly, it still needs to happen, and he knows it.

Good first episode. Soo Hyun is very interesting as a character XP

He needs to play more villain roles *_* or emotionally Cold characters, those complex roles fit him perfectly! <3

It starts off as a Medical drama but turns 100% melodrama with revenge as the focus, halfway through XP

I agree! I do enjoy it a lot, especially the bond between the two Brothers, but I would've prefered it if the synopsis was a bit more accurate to the plot -.-* oww well.

The only good thing about this drama in my opinion was Sung Joon and his backstory. He played a villain very well and his evil smirk was epic!
