Well I think if someone watch nirvana at the very beginning, it will raise the bar so high. After I watch NIF, it seems impossible for me to find such a excellent drama like that.

I won't put Eternal love as historical drama, because it's just not, ehh... historical. When I finished this list, I was like "How dare you don't put Nirvana In Fire in! You cruel person" and I gave myself a second chance to think again and look again at the title's list. And... I forgot that NIF isn't a beginner friendly Chinese drama, and when I finished this drama I couldn't think about another dramas, it raised the bar so high. So, even NIF is a superb drama, PLEASE DON'T WATCH THIS ONE AS YOUR VERY FIRST DRAMA, YOU WON'T FIND ANY OTHER DRAMA THAT SATISFY YOUR HUNGER, JUST DON'T.
