Majin's issues with Miseon (and his insecurities) need to be set up front & high, so he can fall and be forced to acknowledge Miseon's many qualities. Most likely, he is always going to be a bit "old-school" in his thinking but most of his blatant dismissiveness comes from his precarious career/job status. I think it's worth an episode or two bring him back into the "family" - he'll probably be the most difficult character to fit back in. These episodes will also be about Miseon gaining confidence working in a new dynamic with her previous colleagues.
He is her boss and ceo. How can he as boss be okay with having a sexist employee in his company? He is not a great…
So every person on here who doesn't agree with your reasoning and course of action is a "kdrama fan who loves men too much" or just a "biased and blind fan"?? Have your opinions, but maybe think about your own words when commenting, and state your opinions without attacking others. People might actually stop and think about what you're saying rather than getting offended by being condescended to, and scrolling past.🤷🏻♀️
It's a story about growth. Workplace has various type of mistreatment not just limited to sexism. Learning how…
Thank you for yor voice of reason.👍🏻 ALL the characters are flawed, ALL are working on their own insecurities, and the ML & FL are also still learning the business. They are not going to react in an ideal way to every situation. This drama doesn't spell everything out for the viewer - some contemplation & thought for all the character's points of view should be given.
Lately a lot of kdramas are promoting brands that are boycotted or being insensitive towards current world issues…
So far, the only obvious product promotion is for steamed buns from Lotte (it's a limited seasonal cross promotion that Lotte and the drama are doing together). Not much else has come up yet.
Funny too because going in, we know this is about the IMF crisis, which will more than likely last till the end…
They might show an even a bigger time-skip, as the countdown from the initial preview video shown in May started from 2004...👀(not sure if that means anything or not, but it was an odd place to start the countdown) ➡️https://x.com/taiyo56125/status/1928448818883834115
The Taepoong x Mother relationship is one I'm really liking: they're both sweet natured and naive. Taepoong being spoiled and his mum being a sheltered housewife is going to make their journey to learning how to live with their new circumstances a fun one to watch. I think his mother's character will start to shine now that she's hit rock bottom and will be forced to adapt - she has grit, I think💪🏻 Also, because she's normally so sweet, it makes it all the more amusing when she goes off on Taepoong😂
Lee Jun Ho looks like the picture perfect Korean idol. Very slim face, very pale. Someone sucked the life and…
JBL was over 8 years ago and Junho is acting here with different hair, make-up, weight and character. "Now you have to look at a face..." - you don't have to look at his face. Don't watch the drama if he has disappointed you SO MUCH by simply growing up and changing with his age.
Can't wait for the next episode with the Jin Sun Kyu (shoe salesman) cameo! I'm still a bit confused because back in May he posted that he filmed in Busan for Typhoon Family - so not sure if this is it or if we will get more...
Actors of course, on this site you can see no critic or something, only postive reviews...and ML is not actor,…
Don't get me wrong, I am a Lee Junho fan - a fan of the man who is both an actor AND an idol (and he IS an actor). I just wish people would THINK about what they post before they post it and contribute something diplomatic, positive or constructive. Not just dumbass comments about the ratings.😮💨
2nd episode was an emotional rollercoaster... and I loved it! The episode ending sequences for both ep 1 & 2 are a standout! (Junho is really tearing my heart out while MinHa is delicately plucking away at my heartstrings❤️🩹) After the great "intro" 1st episode, the plot is starting to pick up pace, the characters all starting to interact together. The chemistry is really good (for so early on in a series) between both ML/FL and the rest of the office team (I don't necessarily mean romantic, but just the dynamics developing between characters). Plus ML BFF Nammo is becoming a favourite of mine🥰 Looking forward to learning more about Miseon's past and homelife in coming episodes, too.

His looks are pretty unique and his mannerisms are his own (in my somewhat biased opinion😏).

I'm also hoping that his rose will be the investment/export that ultimately gets them out of the red.
