JUNHO is the only one looking way expensive & modern than the other cast & the era.
Really? Expensive yes, modern not necessarily. I was in high school then and the styles he wears are high-end but appropriate to the era (to me). Maybe because this type of fashion is back that some think it looks 'modern'? (the colourful leather jackets are spot on👌🏻) It's also the point that he stands out compared to office workers (or any normal people on the street).

I don't think Netflix, tvN or Studio Dragon monitor these comments. Your complaining here will get you nowhere. Maybe go and make a request through Netflix Help Centre.
Really good first ep👍🏻: as an intro episode it transitions well from the hardworking company staff to the indulgent rich kids and the immersion into the year 1997 is 100%! The characters are all introduced in a smart way (no unnecessary explaining at the audience) and the acting is SO GOOD (for everyone). The episode flows back & forth between the different ways of life really well and leaves you with an emotional cliffhanger (devastating, but in the best way) - you feel you just HAVE to keep watching to see how they all survive this crisis together. Great mix of humour and heart - I cant wait for ep2.💛
Really liking the chemistry between all 4 leads. The dialogue is mature (no over the top dramatics) but has this underlying humour with each other that just makes you smile. It's an easy paced (I would NOT say slow) drama and the acting is very good. I'm invested👍🏻
1 month to go! So far, the posters and teaser for Junho have been high quality and creative with the 90's era in mind👏🏻 So curious (and excited) to see what they come up with for Minha's (and the rest of the cast's) promo themes👀
Really enjoying this so far. A little slow at times, but the story is starting to reel me in. The cast has an easy going chemistry which should intensify as the story goes along. I'm looking forward not just to the romance, but to exploring the family dynamics of them all (ML/stepbrother/father/stepmother/adopted sister) and the connections to the two FL. Also, the soundtrack is really lovely.
If you like serial killer thrillers (with no prior knowledge of the original work), then maybe give this a go. But I advise, if you're a fan of the original french series... then think twice. (imo) Compared to the original work, the production/story changes, acting (of some), and intensity (lack of nuance) are missing the mark.
Junho looking every inch the 90's rich, trendy, emo boy in the new stills. Seems like Kang Tae Pung is going to be a softy at heart💐 Soooooo looking forward to this drama (any Lee Junho drama really😉)
Surprisingly, I'm really looking forward to this drama (as time slip/fusion-sageuk is not a genre that usually interests me) - the quality shown in the teasers/trailers is high👌🏻, the aesthetics of the posters are beautiful, and the dynamic teased between King & Chef is intriguing👀
First episode was very fun, and a good, basic intro to the main/supporting characters. They all seem to be well cast, with everyone suiting their roles👌🏻 I'm eager to see how the usual "romance novel" storyline diverges in the coming episodes.👀
The preview looks FUN! (and a high quality production) Both leads looks are 🔥 with what looks like the start of some great tension between them👌🏻 I'm really looking forward to the food aspect of the drama, too😋
Really looking forward to this! (especially after viewing the preview) The preview showed quite a few of comedic scenes - a little different than what I thought the mood would be, but definitely not a bad thing. Junho & Minha, the production, all looks great.
I thought it was a good first episode - effectively introducing characters and their back-stories in funny/quirky ways. (It was NOT a "filler" episode but an introductory one, as most first episodes are!) It's EXACTLY as advertised - a classic style, trope filled rom-com with a decent budget to back it up (the cinematography was beautiful). I'm excited to see how the story develops when they start getting into the main plot in future episodes. (So if you don't like this genre, then either give it a try with an open mind or here's a thought... DON'T WATCH IT - save yourself the bother of the compulsion to make obvious/inane/repetitive/snide comments) A really easy watch, not too cringeful (but just enough) and characters are of course a bit "over-the-top" without being cartoonish. Enjoyed with a continuous smile!
I'm liking the poster and teasers more and more. They are not perfectly done, but they ARE keeping with the theme that the drama has ALWAYS promoted itself to be - classic romcom, with all the tropes that go with it. So excited to see more:)

The teasers are certainly teasing me - I hope the full trailer comes soon🙏🏻
