The english title sounded like a nice pun to me because in episode 1 he walks in inverted head over heels and she falls for him head over heels.

The Korean title is 'The Cowherd and the Fairy'. It looks like this really is loosely based off of the Asian folktales…
I knew the first one and the title definitely sounded like it, but first time I read about the other story. Interesting, it has similarities to quite a few folktales.

They could have aired this nearer Chilseok😂
