Thank you writers and production team for the last two episodes; I thoroughly enjoyed the ending (better than expected)! 👏🏻 It was an open ending leaning towards a happy ending (in agreement with another commenter on this) because it was evident the two leads still have feelings for one another! 💕
FL asked ML if he has forgotten anything during the walk on the hill of oblivion, his answer (after reflection) was, "Absolutely nothing!" That to me meant that he hasn't forgotten about her /or his feelings toward her. In addendum, you could tell that both of them were entirely hesitant to leave each other's sides (i.e. him staying to paint, she asking him to join her for coffee, meeting up for the tonkatsu dinner, etc.). Good sign of progress toward future development. 👍
Believe it or not, FL really likes ML as well. Even seeing his picture brought feelings to the surface which required drinking a glass of wine. 🍷 When they saw each other again, you could tell that her eyes were misty eyed!
The visuals on everyone looked so good in eps 16; both leads were so attractive (agreed with another commenter....they have great chemistry & I wish there were more interactions between them). 🔥 In my humble opinion, the feelings are not surface feelings; it has depth since it transcends over a long period of time (from affinity when they started working with one another, crushes, interests, misunderstandings, hesitations, interests, acting on interests/attraction, to longing/missing/etc). Their romance lasted longer than some marriages!
I really like the ex-female supervisor; she is so NICE. ❤️👊🏻 Like how she said, "if they are destined for one another, they will meet again." I feel like they are. 🤣🤦🏻♀️
Overall, I enjoyed watching the drama and will miss both the series and the commenters on this page! 🥲

We're so focused on the leads that we forget about the other dialogues which make this drama enjoyable as well. I find, at times, some of the supporting characters are saying out loud what we're innately thinking! i.e. the exorcism (comical suggestion from manager in eps 13)...the SFL's mom vocalizing..."Where is your pride?" to MK (SFL).

It is messed up how she's electing concocting this 'cheating' story to break up w/ SML & possibly ruin her chances with ML because I get why she did it. As another commenter stated, both FL & ML have 'emotionally' cheated on their respective others with one another prior to the 'kiss'. As her father stated, she is KIND so she is willing to sacrifice her own happiness (i.e. staying & supporting SML and moving aside so SS can be happy/attain wealth with SFL).
SS (ML) is a kind/good person as well; after he broke up with MK, he still made it to the hospital. Not many guys would do that.

As another commenter wrote, this slice of life type of drama does hit closer to home for many viewers and I concur. (I've appreciated reading commenters' own personal experiences and how relatable this drama may be). No two relationships are alike and being human means being fallible! Many of 'us' do find these characters to be relatable.
How many of us go into relationships (i.e. business, personal, friendships, etc) thinking it will work out (i.e. they might be our best friends, best fit, etc) & only to find out otherwise? lol 🤷🏻♀️🤣🙋🏻♀️
At this point, I would like to see SS &SY date (even if it's transient) to sate their lusts/affinities/curiousities with one another. I wish other characters have more screen time as opposed to MK (SFL) & JJ (SML).
This drama, toxic, stressful, or whatever it may be for you, it clearly deserves a better score for even 'evoking' such 'emotions' out of you. This is NOT a FLUFF drama.

At this point, the web toon ending is satisfying since all parties need some time/distance away from one another! Like FL's dad said, "You can't stop yourself from falling in love (once you start)." If ML or FL are indeed 'in love' with one another, then maybe they will find their way back to one another. 💕 😉
