I just finished this drama but there are a few plot points that confuse me, so I was hoping y'all could help…

But do you think it's possible that, when QS told them that she wanted to be with LLW, that it was a spur-of-the-moment decision she made because she still felt like she owed it to LLW (due to their history)? Does the thing with the belt actually reveal that QS chose LLW to help YWY, or could he be referring to just "everything else" she did for him?
I just finished this drama but there are a few plot points that confuse me, so I was hoping y'all could help me out???
1) In ep. 42, why does QS tell LLW that she would only marry the king of the world ("tian xia wang"?) when it's obvious that it would be dangerous for LLW to attempt to become that? Is she just saying that to hurt him and get him to back off, but just doesn't think of the consequences?
2) In ep. 45, Why does she decide to go with LLW? In the following episodes, she's visibly uncomfortable when LLW hugs her, and then YWY is all she can think about on her deathbed.... And then when YWY sees the belt, he realizes that she did it "for him"... But how does her leaving YWY benefit him? How is this a decision "for" him??
3) In ep. 47, when QS and YWY are sitting there hugging, she thinks something like "his embrace is familiar, but why do I feel misery in my heart?" Why does she feel sad?? It's probably that she's away from LLW, but it was just in the previous episode that she was miserable because she was away from YWY....
4) In the very last episode, when QS secretly leaves YWY, she says that she can't bear the guilt of LLW's death... but what does that have to do with staying with him/leaving? My understanding is that life with YWY would have been a fairytale and she doesn't feel like she deserves it because of her guilt. So she takes care of LLW's mother to atone??
