Forget about the entrance, I hated him since that scene till when he scolded the servant who commented on sword wielder's death and said you should have been the sword wielder, Shangjue said to him you should be more concerned about the tragedy that has fallen upon gong family and how our sword wielder died rather than commenting who should be new sword wielder (and being a boot licker). From that scene, I have admired gong shangjue rather than hating him for being too dominant. For Gong Ziyu I liked him from the start till now, where his foolishness seems no boundaries and is a petty person in general, I can accept if he is not skilled but cannot digest his attitude towards the safety of gong family and it's laws that are actually good and necessary and towards the people who are striving hard to protect gong family. My patience has run out.

If he was that bold to not follow the rules of being sword wielder, he shouldn't keep the position and should have dared to use the main gate of gong family. Uh I have given up on Gong Ziyu, my patience has run out Infront of all the things he commits

And due to his carelessness, now yun weishan knows the secret passage and how to escape from the traps inside, next time she will not need anyone's permission nor guidance to go outside

I think even yun weishan is a spy but she is too good for gong ziyu, it's a waste for her talent to be around gong ziyu. 2nd couple more stands out because Shangguan qian herself is exceptional but feels her hand and feet tied down because her opponent is Gong Shangjue who is not a pushover and has not wasted Gong family's efforts in nurturing him and is loyal to the gong family. And has a thing called common sense and is a great listener and can pick up lies easily and cannot be deceived easily

Last episode was literally yesterday when everyone was head over heels on yun weishan and you forgot it in a day, Yun weishan was never an uninteresting character, she is subtle and introverted and literally has no one to show her real self. While writer has many things to consider his main theme revolves around Gong family and wufeng not just gong ziyu and yun weishan.

I was also very disappointed, thought he only lacked skills but he has a major issue within his character, skills can be acquired but nature doesn't changes nor we have seen anyone change in this drama

Why does people classify some people as villains who are literally working ONLY to keep their family alive and protect their freedom. Ziyu was never a responsible person by nature, while assassins they are literally disturbing and invading a tribe who lives in a desolate corner of the world, doesn't hurts anyone and struggles to protect itself and remain alive and never comes out in jianghu and doesn't covets fame or money or lives of others

Yes he is a formidable person but for his and gong family enemies, not for own kin

There would be no chains from the beginning if she were not an assassin of wufeng but a normal person married to him as a wife, he would never mistreated her, can't you see how important family is to him, and he literally have no immediate family alive in jue residence and lives alone

There is a vast difference in their morals too, Shangjue is very upright person, he doesn't omit someone from suspicion just because he loves them or they are pitiful. Justice is not an easy task, you sometimes have to go against your family and even your own self and ziyu lacks in many ways, not just skills but he is also a petty person in general, he is a lead character, doesn't means I have to look past all his bad characteristics

Iam so disappointed in Gong Ziyu, skills can be acquired and polished overtime but one's nature doesn't changes, he is a petty person deep down. Now I just want the ones in xue and hua lineages and Gong Shangjue and Gong Yuanzhi to come out of this turmoil alive and successful
