I was bored in the first episode and couldn’t make sense of qiqi’s behavior. Until that backstory. I was crying every time life threw something at younger qiqi. She didn’t deserve everyone’s mistreatment. I just wanted to snatch her up and take her back to her happy place. I can understand her so much better now.

I definitely agree the plot holes are crazy but the tropes are my guilty pleasure and the leads execute them so well.
And it’s fun to watch the dramatic scenes like the slaps in the face, the accusations, the sudden plot twists. Like *GASP* how dare she. I live for it.

I have to will myself in the morning to not get distracted thinking about them. Then when I remember them again in the afternoon I’m so happy and my life feels fulfilled again.

I feel he didn’t fall for her because she helped him in his work though. She was helping him much earlier and he just showed amusement he’s but the real moments he had that “look of love” in his eyes were when she did something unexpected.

I agree, Sun Ho needs counseling more than love from Hae Yi. I genuinely want him to be happy. And Hae Yi’s and Jung Woo’s personality go better together.

Honestly teared up when her ex said those nasty words to her. His inflection is so strong, it felt like he was saying those words to me. A lot of us are in the same position as Hae Yi. She reacted accordingly too. The actors did great on that scene.

Yeah she was a red flag to me the moment she said she lost custody of her child.

I hope the girl with highlights who’s bullying Tae Yang was ashamed after being confronted by the father. She should feel so embarrassed and know how cruel it is that she’s bullying someone who has a family that cares about her. Who has a father that is kind to their team.
She probably won’t though and the show might even look over it because of korea’s bullying culture and the fact that she’s just a minor side character. But it just disgusted me so much how she pretended nothing even happened in front of tae yang’s father.

About the memory part: I don’t think Tae Yang meant she lost her memory when she talked to Jung Hwan. I think she was saying her memory of that night Jung Young got injured is unclear. Most likely because she was drunk.

You’re telling me Yook Jung Hwan is both the guy we’ve been seeing in present time (the one yoo min has a crush on) AND Jung Young’s ex. HE LOOKS SO DIFFERENT BEFORE AND AFTER. It took me 3 episodes to realize ya’ll 😭. Maybe it’s the curly hair and smiling. But for real when he was wearing that hat I thought we were having a new character introduced.
