Oh yeah, pretty common! It's cheating the ratings! You can also check the profile of the said reviewer and checked all her reviews from different drama, you can clearly see that he/she reviewing only her favorite actor's drama a perfect 10 the rest are low ratings. Thing is, I don't mind people giving drama low scores as long as you gave it a chance at least, say 4-6 episodes then drop it, or yeah give it a low score, but watcing it for 10 minutes or just 1 ep, is outrageous!!!

Some ranked higher because of the individual fan base of each actor in the drama and their hardcore fans who makes multiple accounts to give the drama a perfect 10 review no matter how bad it is. Also some fans would go to other dramas and rate it really low just.
