If he tells her the truth already then what’s the point of watching the rest of the episodes from a romance…
It’s just a preference. I can appreciate all different types of romance and I love slow burn, but my favorite type is ‘a teamwork between a (married) couple’ who just gets each other and works together.
When misunderstandings and will they-won’t they phase drags too long, I just stop cheering for the couple to get together.
I wanted him to tell her in today’s episode, but I also think it might not be a good idea. There’s a huge…
Well, I'm not in the mood to feel any romantic tension bcs I’m only feeling frustration with the ML and sorry for the FL, either way. Even more, all those ‘romantic’ moments only come off as deceptive and selfish when I think how I would feel in the FL’s place looking back on them.
Imo, she’s more sure and honest of her own feelings than he’s of his. She has always been honest with him. And even then, he doesn’t truly understand&know her (just how he thought she would just stay put, waiting at home for her sister to return). He’s constantly underestimating her. And lying to her. Even when in the last episode she spills her heart out and tells him she came to collect him alive or dead and he says ‘I know’. Lmao, no mister, you don’t. That a fat ass lie. All your previous actions and words point to this.
Also their status gap isn't going anywhere, so it’s pointless to drag things out. And she’s never going to be 100% sure of her feeling without knowing the whole truth anyway.
If she ditches him after it comes out, the only thing I can say at this point – good for her.
At this point I don’t care about his reasons for keeping mum. Literally everyone knows but her. He’s making a fool out of her. I can’t even really vibe with funny scenes. Because how humiliating it would be to find out all those self-important noble rich educated people knew and didn’t tell you?! Bcs obviously you, a poor uneducated country bumpkin, are not deserving of it/too stupid to understand (not saying they think like that, but that’s what I would assume in the FL’s place when the truth comes out).
Imo, any mistakes she makes in the next few episodes are more on them than on her, and could’ve been avoided if only someone maned up enough to tell here the truth.
I am probably in the minority, and I don’t mind—everyone is entitled to share their opinion.I really like…
I’m caught up with all the episodes and I still share this opinion. It’s a two-fold problem. 1. The ML character doesn’t have much screentime, so we don’t really know. Not the way we know the FL. 2. It’s the worst performance from ZLH I’ve ever seen. I actually like him and enjoyed him in all his previous roles but here he’s just bringing nothing to the table. He brings barely any life to his role. All other characters seem more life-like and ‘real’ next to him. Especially the FL.
