Okay, hear me out.
Honestly if you like this drama, you're a kid. No like fr. There was literally no story. The scenes and dialogues were so cringe, it was painful to watch. I started watching it because of the hype around it but watching it left me utterly disappointed.Let's start with the story first:
Tbh, there was no story to begin with. The protagonist had erectile dysfunction and instead of seeking medical help he thought yeah probably asking my flatmate to sleep with me is going to help it and they end up sleeping together. THAT'S IT. That's all is there to the story and it's so shit. The female lead has no self respect, no confidence, she says yes to anything that she faces. Makes no sense. Who in the right minds would do that in the real world. I get it it's a drama but atleast use some logic. And the thing is it's like that with all the Japanese Dramas (atleast the ones I've watched till now), makes me feel if that's what they REALLY support about women's mentality in their country. Really Sad.
Next Acting:
The acting was also cringe and shit. The girl is always speaking weirdly with weird gasps and pauses. Nobody talks like THAT in real world. Be real fr.
The male lead was also weird. What is he a two year old boy that he does not know what it's like to be a human, why does he always act so strange and weird. It's like more than half of the show all he has in the name of personality is his obsession with sleeping with the girl. Disgusting.
Talking about the supporting female, she was also weird. Typical weird fan behaviour for no reason. Later on she became a much normal character but it was weird.
Now the supporting male lead, I must say acting and character wise he was a bit normal in the sense he showed emotions. Even though yes his character was "evil" (because they had to right in order to support the male character), but atleast he portrayed it. Though there were definitely cringe moments cause that's compulsory right😃.
Now the Dialogues:
Cringe. Cringe. Cringe. Does not represent how normal people talk like. The characters are too comfortable to talk about weird shit and okay even if we ignore that, they're always talking about things that are unnecessary. I don't think I hear any dialogue in this series that would resemble a normal conversation.
Music:
I don't have much to say about it, it was fine. I'm quite neutral towards the music in the show.
Overall:
Very boring and cringe. Honestly, even with that stupid of a storyline, if they could've used better dialogues and showed more "natural" emotions in the characters. It might have been a much better series. But since it lacked all of that, it was quite literally shit and just not worth watching. Simply skip if you're not into cringe stuff ☀️
