Honestly yes sometimes they are or sometimes they're mini dramas that are morphed into movie-length. It depends on the site and it depends on the drama/movie but all of the ones in this article had episodes and a drama-like format (like repeating stuff from last episode etc) so I went with it and felt like they fit.
