Its definitely getting a lot more interesting and I actually liked the fact that Ok Nyeo's identity was revealed early and Tae Won knows that she isn't your average person..I just hope that Ok Nyeo quickly realizes that the path of a spy is just NOT for her..she doesn't have the heart to kill someone even with the amount of skill that she has..She just keeps on getting used and hurt ;( It was incredibly sad when Park Tae Soo died,he was like a father figure to her and the fact that they're trying to pin the murder on her is tooooo much :<

This is soo good. That kimchi slap in ep8 was awesome and i can't even with that music video in the beginning..I was so lost and confused with what was going on but oddly I liked it lol

I am with you on that!! I really felt that they were all just throwing their anger at him when what he did in reality was save Sam Bong and many other people..Yes he did kill Poeun who was a dear friend to Sam Bong but in that kind of situation where, it is to kill or be killed I understand his actions fully and there really was no other way out..Right now my heart completely goes out to Bang Won because he's going to have to carry this enormous weight for a long time and as if it wasn't enough that the people are totally rejecting and hating him.. his own family ( father and brother) are also treating him that way... I would have liked it if at least his family could understand him!

An absolutely unforgettable moment in ep 32 !!! Just like Bang Won I also realised that I still like Sam Bong ... even though I still have problems with the details in his plan and his blind trust towards Po Eun as a person he really is amazing and his love for the people is sincere. From the preview I already feel the waterworks coming because of Yeon Hyang and her children.. I know that as much as I try to prepare for the confrontation that will inevitably happen my heart is still going to break because of Bang Ji and Boon Yi ;(

Up until this weeks eps I was supporting Jung Do Jeon and everything he said and the decisions he made prior to this week made sense and I could understand why he wanted Po Eun to join him but I really can't help but feel disappointed this week :( I felt that he was just dragging everything because of one person and it was just frustrating to watch since this dream and plan isn't his own anymore and a lot of characters are putting their lives on the line and then in ep30 we hear his true intentions and like Bang Won I wasn't very happy...at all :/ I just don't like the idea that he wants to make the General into some puppet king who can't do anything by himself it sort of defeats the purpose of having a king when the scholars are going to be pulling all the strings and its just the same as the current Goryeo where the king is useless..I sort of get where he's coming from but even the scholars may be prone to greed and may end up doing bad things so to strip the king of a voice is a bit much! Above that it wasn't fair of him to hide such an important thing from everyone else esp Bang Won who had this dream of making the people smile through politics :( I can see him changing in the next eps and I don't know whether to root for him or no...

You probably listed out all my favourite charcaters and described them so well .Although I haven't seen Tree with Deep Roots I'm familiar with other Saeguks and its been a while that I've immersed myself in a Saeguk which feels so out of this world and has me thinking about it all the time ! Pretty much all the characters in SFD capture my interest and even the villains have me understanding them esp Gil Tae Mi..How I loved this guy despite all the bad things he did. I never watch historical dramas as they're airing but I was forced to make an exception with this gem <3

Once again i'm mind-blown, touched and completely drawn into this drama! Its funny how each week I get the feeling that I'm watching this drama for the first time. I 'm still as excited as i was when I reached the end of ep2 and we're already at the half-way mark now! Out of all the currently airing dramas i'm watching now, this has to be the one that has me most invested and I look forward to each week. There really are sooo many amazing moments captured in this one drama that I feel that I've been waiting so long for from a Saeguk and generally from K-dramas really.

Another amazing 2 eps of this drama and I just love how complex each character is especially Lee Bang Won, sometimes I get worried because of the thoughts he has to own Sam Bong's Plan but at other times I totally respect him! Bang Ji and Mu Hyul are the characters that I've been a fan of since Day 1 so that hasn't changed but what really gets me with this drama is that we get to see the different layers to characters who the villains here like Gil Tae Mi and Hong In Bang. Gil Tae Mi's last moment really had me feeling sad...And his words were so true and interestingly I felt that its not only in dramaland where 'the weak get stepped on' but also in today's society. This drama has a lot of moments which just feels 100% relevant and is one of the reasons I end up falling deeper ♥

It may be too early to tell at this point but I really feel that this will be the best Saeguk I've seen. It has the perfect mix of humour, action and tense moments, because of this there's not been a dull moment yet and I've already started replaying my favourite scenes from past episodes which I hardly ever do with Saeguks. Cannot get enough of my dragons!

I wonder how many times I need to re-watch this episode and cry my eyes out to believe that he's dead.Its not like I didn't see it coming, I did especially when the family portrait broke but it was still more heartbreaking than I could handle. Its like the writers don't want to give me a moments of peace!

At least once In dramaland can we not have a male guy best friend that doesn't get embroiled in a love triangle. I was really hoping this drama might have been the exception because in the early days I really was a fan of the chemistry that Hye Jin and Shin Hyuk had before it started getting messy and painful :/

Once again this drama managed to hit me in the feelsss! Its reached the midpoint and i'm still having a great time watching 'Cheer Up'. True to its name every week it leaves me feeling happy :D Its sort of like the medicine I need after a long, tiring day ..

The feeling i'm getting after finishing ep4 is that Kim Hye Jin might actually be the older sister since there are too many coincidences and connections between them..living in the same room and how she happens to be the one to find the corpse and move to Achiara at that time..I really don't want this to be the case though since It would be like losing her sister twice :(

I still haven't gotten around to seeing Queen Seon duk but seeing that they might be similar I need to find some time to watch it! I love charcaters like this the most ;)

Totally replaying that sword fight scene in ep4!! Ddang Sae has gotten so awesome now..Yepp this role was made for Byun Yo Han. Can't wait for the next episodes

i've honestly cried too much with all these deaths..I was already heartbroken when Sha Jie Jie and Dong fang died but then Tang Bao had to be added to the list: ( Its like all the characters I've gotten attached to are leaving me one by one..

Didn't think that by ep 44, Zi Xun would change so much she's really a great character.One of my favourite characters right now!

Originally i was planning on just checking out the 1st episode after reading this article but i got hooked pretty quickly lol This drama is quite different from the other C-dramas and i'm loving everything about it so far xD The OSTs are perfect I can't get enough of hearing JJ Lin's voice <3
