Okay he needs to be given more main roles now. I've been loving him in Hotel Del Luna and have been really impressed with his acting. He also kind of has the cute puppy dog look to him. Which is adorable.
I loved his drama so much but I am so beyond mad why Shi Hyun had to die???!!! Why him? After all he went through he deserved a happy ending! Literally after all that suffering he had to go through, I'm legit still crying. My poor Shi Hyun. Even though I'm incredibly angry at his death and emotional about it this was one of the best dramas I've watched and it's definitely going into my top 5 no doubt about it. Each character was well thought out and fleshed out, with their downfalls. I also loved Soo and I'm so sad he had to die too. Why my favorite characters? WHY??!! Anyways Kyung Ho is literally such a good actor, I actually first saw him in Falling For Innocence which is a drama that is more up my alley since I love romantic comedies with a bit of a darker edge to them and in that he was so squishy and adorable so I decided hey why not give Cruel City a chance since I loved Kyung Ho in it, even though Cruel city isn't my normal choice of dramas. And I can say yet again I'm super impressed with his acting, now I'm about to go out and watch the other dramas he's been in. Also I've seen Hyun Min in three dramas now with him being a supporting character and I've also come to love him as an actor and I must watch Witch's Court to get another fix of him. The storyline was exceptional as well. And man I could just rave about this drama for hours that's how generally shook it made me and how much it resonated with me.
I'm honestly in love with drama. I have been patiently waiting to see LJS in a kdrama again since I watched him in W. WYWS is a drama I feel super excited for every episode. I see a lot of comments about repetition, but this is a common trope for dramas and television shows that are about law or cases. Common ones that come to mind being Criminal Minds and Law & Order, since each episode is a case that needs to be solved. I have not been bored at all though because there is character interactions and the overarching romance storyline. The set up also kind of reminds me of I Remember You which did have cases each episode but an underlying storyline that would show up throughout the episodes. Also the dream sequences and trying to change them for me keeps the drama interesting.. I don't think that WYWS is a drama for everyone if you like more plotline heavy driven dramas, but I don't think just because it's repetitive makes it a bad show, since the cases and events are dealt with in a superb way.
The Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo was so funny, and out of context makes it sound even funnier. These are great! Two thumbs up! Also the summary for Suspicious Partner that they had on dramafever was so bad, I don't know if they changed it. But it basically was that a killer with amnesia keeps killing but remembers nothing besides who he wants to kill. Which is the worst description ever and so inaccurate that I when watching I was waiting for this to happen.
Where can I watch this with English subtitles? Or has it not been subtitled yet. I have a subscription to Dramafever and Viki and they both don't have it. Can anyone help?
