If you enjoyed it I recommend to watch "I Am Not a Easy Man". It's a French movie (Je ne suis pas un Homme Facile) of the same premise, but here the male lead has a head injury and wakes up in the parallel universe, where the male/female roles are inverted. It's a really good movie!
