Just a rumor..Based on what i read from a chinese website, this will be for 2023..casts can really be different..

There are quite a number of popular actors whose acting are mediocre but they are recognized and get awards because they are popular but some who can really act do not get the recognition they deserve..anyway, it has something to do with their management and marketing..power and money behind them could play a role too..

Yes if it had a happy ending gmp could be extremely popular..anyway it cant be helped because it was based on a novel..

Yes..if it’s like gmp im not gonna watch..i dont like sad ending..

Meng ziyi’s role is not so much challenging in LOCH, he is just like the male version of guo jing there..peng xiao ran’s acting was deep and commendable in gmp she may not be that popular but she justifies what a true actress is.. for me, that is more important than being popular..

He is very versatile, he can be purely romantic and jolly as well, i havent fully read the novel but the details that I got so far gave me the impression that ML’s role here requires deep acting skills, i would not be surprised if CXX accepts if he was indeed chosen..

It will not be the same as LCY of course and the setting will revolve more around FL here but his role is challenging..im just saying that he will definitely slay a role that is complex..he will get it since his acting prowess will shine in this kind of role i dont see him as wanting a role that is too easy..

We’ll just wait and support them if they will have the roles..im excited with this because gmp and loch broke my heart..ill be happy to watch a kind of love that underwent all sorts of trials and misunderstanding but overcame and ended up happily..

I just browsed it a little, there was a part where FL thought that ML betrayed her but the misundertanding was fixed..it’s a happy ending they will have a daughter in the end..ooppss..spoiler lol..

Their pairing is just a rumor at this point..DD may want to venture outside her comfort zone if you mean that she might turn down because ML is not totally devoted to her or something else..anyway, regardless if she is the FL, i will definitely watch it if it is CXX as he can surely bring justice to the role..

Yah but in those 3 drama cxx did not play the typical romantic ML type of guy..he is more like an anti-hero type or with dual characters. Quite difficult to portray if the actor is just popular but lacking in acting substance..the ML in the novel fits CXX. Maybe thats why he has been rumored to get the role.

I browsed the novel..it has a happy ending 😍 ML’s character is quite complex i understand if cxx was chosen as we all know he is a very good actor this kind of drama is easy for him he will definitely slay it..will watch it if he is indeed starring regardless of FL😉
