I melted into a puddle of goo when Min Min said "Please like me back." I melted again yesterday when Suho kissed Jugyeong's forehead infront of everyone. Truth is I've melted so much with True Beauty I think goo might just be my permanent form.. LOL

Honestly I've had a bad track record with shows starting off brilliantly and nosediving half way through. This show has stayed true to form so far and if there happens to be a flaw now I will wholeheartedly forgive it. PS: I'm not giving up on Sujin just yet.

So Lee Suho with his repeated small, tender gestures has officially climbed to poll position in the PERFECT boyfriend category in my books, (that which was firmly held on for years with Ahn Minhyuk and his willing to sacrifice his life with Bong Soon. ) and I don’t mean to bring in other shows, but I would like to know who you consider perfect BOYFRIEND material in Kdrama’s.

I finally made my peace with the way Start-Up ended, then I go and watch Ep 2 - 4 and the hate cycle starts all over again. PHR failed to not only give us a legendary romance but also failed monumentally at what could have been an EPIC bromance! *Cue HJP and NDS reciting the national anthem*

PHR is on my eternal shitlist.

Dalmi treated HJP like a doormat, so I’d rather not see her in this. Even if he doesn’t have a love interest in this one, I’ll be fine because he has chemistry with a plant for heavens sake. HJP in college, or hustling different jobs, or even his sassiness as a beginner venture capitalist, give me this and take my money!

Thank heavens I’m not the only one who is STILL simping over HJP!

This is what I mean. I don’t want to see anyone from Start up except for Yongshil, Park Dong Cheon and Halmeoni in HJP’s story. Just thinking about a prequel to start up makes me giddy with joy. They should start with HJP in the bus on the way to Seol, and end with Yongshil giving HJP advice right before the start up relay. The rest as they say is history, best left in the murky past that was Start-Up.

I hope someone actually considers this, knowing it’ll rake in the money and ratings because he’s such a beloved character and no one could have done a better job at bringing him to life than NDR and KSH.

PS: I second your distrust in PHR, she should hand over the reigns to someone more qualified.

Does any other fan of the webtoon get goosebumps watching this show? Good God, I can’t imagine a more perfect looking cast, and them bringing these characters to life. I didn’t think I’d love the show more than the webtoon, but with the additional narratives and scenes, it might top the webtoon. ??????

That’s exactly why I want a story where the focus is on ONLY him. HJP’s story has a solid beginning, an empty middle (missing 15 years) and a vague end (what’s his life like in 2020). Man, the potential to explore every facet of his character’s life journey is immense.

I honestly care little about start-up after the elaborate scam it pulled. BUT, HJP’s story, what we’ve seen so far is absolute gold. Don’t you want to know about his 15 years in between? I can so see a plot line where both Nam Da Reum and Kim Seon Ho take HJP’s story to the next level.

Because it’s my first time was a story that didn’t sit well with a lot of people, especially the ending, so they remade it with a whole new cast and changed the endings for both couples in My first first love. Cheese in the trap got so much heat while the show aired and after that they decided to make a movie of it and gave what some viewers called a “better” ending. Is there a petition that we can sign so we can get a movie of HJP’s story or better still a prequel/sequel or heck remake that does justice to his story? And if there isn’t, can we create one? I foresee a LOT of votes!
