I just finished ep 7 and I really, really love it sonfar, but I'm worried because I feel like the story should end soon but we haven't even reached the halfwa point?! I'm still excited to watch more. I just hope they did well with the writing haha My prediction right now is that the taxi guy is back/still free and we'll get another hunt for him. I'm also pretty sure she'll do another time jump at some point. I wonder if Sun Jae will ever know about it, since she behaves so differently! And I hope we'll get a bit more of Tae Seong, because his arc doesn't seem complete yet 😇
Don't mind me or correct me, I'll just keep enjoying it from here on, but I wanted to leave my thoughts somewhere 😆
Based on the trailer I was scared that the cringe would be strong with this one but after watching the first two episodes I'm excited to report: it's not!! It is a cute, little romcom and as of ep2 I think there will be some depth applied. I am a bit confused about their shared "past" - but I am sure we'll get the full explanation soon enough. Mark is doing an exceptional job being the fun, cute heartthrob with his intense gaze. Ohm is doing good, too. I won't expect magic from him with this story and character. For what it is, I like it! We need some lighthearted shows in-between the others so I'm glad I have this to relax with. 💕
Totally.. I was not sure if Doc wanted to be with Muang or not? It was so confusing
Very!! Even how they got together was rushed and we just never knew what doc was thinking. He kind of seemed like he just gave in. Even in Japan he seemed so detached? And then he broke up and I thought NOW IT'S COMING AT LAST. But nooooo... Idk what that was, but I'm so sad because they had really good chemistry and for what little they had to play, they did it really well :(
Tha bad writing in the Mork/Muang scene was so sad. Muang: "So you want to go back to him?" Doc: "I'm sorry." (<-- kinds confirms it?) Muang: *starts walking away heartbroken* Doc: *runs after him* "But I can't forget you! You made me forget him and I couldn't stop thinking of you!" Thata not what you said when he ASKED you 10 seconds ago, if you wanted to be with the childhood friend. Which is it? I swear, it can't be just a translation issue, right? 🙈
Also, the rushed and unpolished story of them took over the main storyline with Pun being hurt over who knows what and Ashi being his usual mute self not saying anything. At least for Ashi it somehow makes sense but Pun is utterly OOC...
I am IN LOVE already. I hope it stays this good. The characters are very lovely, I like the whole connection and the soft feelings between Jom and Khun Yai. It's very interesting so far and way beyond what most BLs deliver. I also really like James and hope he will add more to the story (and I don't want him as a villain, so let it be one of the good second love interest kind of things or something...)
I started the first episode and couldn't finish it, I understand wanting to introduce the new pairing but I was…
I think it was around episode 6 where Pha finally tells Lom what happened back then. I also was very confused in the beginning, but seeing how they didn't focus on Wayo and P'Pha at all this season it kinda made sense the way they told the story :')
EDIT: And to sum it up: P'Pha and the others storm to Wayo's parent's house. The gangsters try to stop him. P'Pha and his friends don't leave, even though Wayo said he doesn't want to see Pha. Then Wayos dad calls them in and talks about everything and that he "took care of it". In the gangster way. And then he says that he knows about Wayo and Pha dating and asks him if he was sure that he would keep loving Wayo etc. so he sends him up to Wayos room. Wayo is really sad, because he was humiliated and abused like that - and thought Pha wouldn't want him anymore. Pha tells him he knows what happened and that he still wants Wayo and then... Happy couple :)
Did you watch Love Now with the same leads? Did you like it? 🤔🙂
I did watch the first 30 episodes or so so far. It's great and I liked what I saw, but I'm usually really bad with anything over 30 episodes, so I need to go back and watch the rest sometime haha
Well, they maybe idols, but currently, they're more like former idols. U-KISS and GG haven't promoted as a group…
Random from-the-side-comment, if anybody wants to know: U-KISS were active in Japan until last year (September 2021 a digital single named "be good"), though we are down to three members. Their japanese activities will be concluded with an online live this year (get your tickets now! :D). They all left their agency, so I am pretty sure there won't be anything new coming from "U-KISS" in Korea or Japan. But we've seen it coming, I'm glad they end things in such a respectful way. Jun has been pushing his acting career since he got popular on The Unit - so I am actually really glad he gets to act in all kinds of roles like this and still was able to stay with U-KISS until the end. As Seohyun was my favorite girl in SNSD so I am really looking forward to see the two of them in these roles. So excited. <3
