Yes,it has...even every medicine in this world has side effects..but its not necessary u will suffer from it..that's why i suggested u to choose dermatologist very cautiously like well known/reputed...if u aske me i will suggest u in this types of case always take 2nd opinion.. it'll ease ur mind more..
Large amount of fillers or wrongly injectable fillers can cause muscle weakness of that side...But small amount and 2-3 session i dont think will b harmful enough to make u worry...Overdoing anything causes side effects..
Actually in that case i have to trust your dermatologist cz he/she knows ur skin better than me..So dont worry too much..Side to side maintain ur diet

If u have medical condition like Pigments/allergy/Dermatitis then u must consult with a dermatologist.. He will check ur skin condition face to face and give u a proper suggestion according to ur skin texture..
Actually depends on how badly U want to recover.... If u r in hurry then u can try laser treatment /chemical peeling/Fillers obviously with the help of dermatologist cz its ur face..Chemical peeling is really helpful it needs atleast 3 session it can b more or less depends on how much ur skin affected..My sister has done it In BD taka it cost her 20k..she needs only 3 session..Her face was ruined due to cystic Acne marks..
Normally some has genetically dark eye cycles..it cannot b corrected fully....Alas!!😔
And for fine lines.. the treatment i mean if u want to go through Aesthetic surgery it depends on your age..normally Doc suggest BOTOX/Fillers for age 40yrs plus.. Face lifting is an amazing option also...I prefer it most with Hydra facial..
