Actually their acting making it more different than other Work place drama. FL thought he didn't recognize her.she took it normally. Same goes for ML. Although he is kinda hurt, offended by her past behaviour . But he didn't started unnecessary bullying, poking her like other same setting drama. He helped her sometimes but Gave priority to his work too. (In sexual harassment moment he went to his business & let his assistant to handle it)
