What is the point of that 1 min clip at the end of ep 34 post-credit?! Season2?! like is that needed?

i think it was because prince duan apparently provoked the right chancellor by meddling into army funds and corruption. The right chancelor also says that prince duan using his name and merits was trying to bring those actions to the light. Hence the right chancelor used the sky thingy omen to kill/frame prince duan.

Can someone explain the last bit of ep 14, like i dont understand who' that young consort is (is it a new charecter or is it that wei consort with new face??? becoz the subtitles kind of made me think like that)- who throws up at end but overall can u explain the whole scenario??
