It's most likely him who shot her. She remembered the waist pendant that Prince Zhennan carries. I'm not sure but, personally, I think he didn't actually want her to d!8.. He shot her but he missed the vital organs on purpose. Still, we'll have to watch on to understand more.. :') This is just what I think..
