It's based on a webtoon however the webtoon events actually starts in the last episode of the drama,,, soo ho isn't in the events of the webtoon I mean the beginning since shi eun has transferred to another city/school but later on he will be mentioned in the latest chapter i read and he was still in a coma ( So basically Soo ho ain't gonna wake up any time soon if the drama took after the webtoon )
