Hmm interesting. I had no idea there was a book, but I guess the plot might be easier to follow with some background knowledge. I don't hate gender bender stories, so I might stick around to see if the romance is any good.
Why are the ratings so high? (I'm open for discussion if anyone wants to convince me that this is good) I'm on episode 5 and considering dropping this because the plot is so ridiculous. I can kinda overlook how unbelievable she is as a man but I can't overlook the ml being so blind that he couldn't figure out that the person behind the mask in the meeting wasn't her. Like they went to school together or whatever, and he still couldn't tell that the masked man had a different voice and physique? Idk man, this just doesn't feel like a drama worth watching so har.

Honestly, this was maybe a bit too slice of life for my taste but definitely not a bad drama. Good actors, interesting life stories, and cases that were realistic. The friend group felt very comforting and mature. Maybe not a very memorable drama but not a bad way to spend your time.
I honestly came here mostly out of curiosity toward the historical context but this is incredible. I'd already argue that this might be the best queer thai drama I've ever watched.
Thailand needs to start hiring better scriptwriters because this was atrocious considering the amount of money they probably spent on it. Being visually pleasing is not going to make your drama good.
