It's Segi's voice. In ep 13 preview there is the scene of the meeting it can be Segi meeting with stakeholders. Maybe he is planing to remove NGJ from CEO position and become one himself. Also in ep 12 Segi met with some man and told him about NGJ's amnesia and being unable to be CEO because of it.

Whenever I'm not sure if a show is good and I find conflicting opinions, I just watch it and judge myself. The first episodes may be a bit boring for some people, but the show is interesting with a lot of humor. Don't hesitate and just start watching especially if you're a KJW fan. To tell the truth I'm little worried that NGJ won't tell LSA about talking to his ex right away so not to worry her. I think the LSA will talk to the ex first and then she will learn the whole truth later. I pictured the scene where the LSA is protective of NGJ and smacks his ex, and I must say I don't mind. Our LSA is shy and introverted but can also show a crazy side as we all know very well. Segi is a mystery to me. If NGJ did something to him, why did he wait 12 years (if I'm right) with revenge? As you said NGJ has a sad past so I hope they won't tarnish him just to justify Sega's actions. But maybe we'll get some original reason for revenge since CL is great in smashing the cliches.
My thoughts: 1. I really can't stand NGJ's ex. She is the most annoying character. Girl, it's time to wake up and move on. I'm really glad NGJ will tell her it's over between them (it is in a preview). But I'm not sure if she'll finally understand it and give up. 2. I wonder if LSA will talk honestly to NGJ after talking to BSY. In the preview is a scene when NGJ says "thank you for coming to me" and I think LSA wears the same outfit she had when she met BSY. 3. I hope there won't be any misunderstanding about ex or breakup. Or that at least it will be resolved quickly like previous misunderstandings. 4. I think we can find out more about what Segi is up to and his reasons. I have the feeling that he is not only driven by jealousy. After episode 12 when Segi visited his father it crossed my mind that maybe he has a sister who is NGJ's stalker. Maybe she is the reason Sega iwants to destroy NGJ. 5. I can't wait for Noh Gojin to make his move to protect Gotop. Maybe in episode 13 we'll see a private investigator helping him again.

I don't really like romantic comedies too much (I prefer crime genre, thriller, mystery etc) but CL is really amazing! If you haven't watched it yet, don't hesitate and just turn it on. Don't be put off by the first episodes, the farther the better. Plus CL is very funny and makes you feel better! There are 4 more episodes left, but I think CL will be one of my favorite dramas of all time.
I think @Lizbeth Perry’s points makes so much sense.
In episode 7 there is a scene where LSA gets off the bus and passes three couples in love one by one and says in a sarcastic tone "Jeez, how could anyone live without somone to hug" and then stops as she remembered NGJ hugging her in the department store so she wouldn't get hit and later in the lift. And this was probably the first time the LSA had thought of NGJ in a so-called romantic way. Right after that is the scene someone mentioned above when LSA asked her friend about falling for the co-star while acting.
