Episode 5 + 6 were epic ! It just keeps getting better and better each episode, cannot wait for next week !

This cast and this plot - COUNT ME IN ! The trailer was really good, has caught my interest.

For a period drama, I like how Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung is so light to watch (of course later down the line there will be a lot of conflict and it will get serious but for now it is cute and funny). So far there have been a lot of good, genuinely funny moments and there is enough to its plot to keep me interested. Hope the next episodes will be as engaging ! Also, I am loving the bromance between the two princes. I do not get the hate for SSK, her acting is not bad here to be honest and her character is interesting. Cha Eun Woo's acting needs some work (I tend to cringe when he is trying to act an emotional scene). I watched My ID is Gangnam Beauty and he was not that bad...probably because his character there had no emotions. Hope he gets better !

Totally agree with you ! From the 4 new Wednesday-Thursday dramas, this had the strongest start.

Promising start! Definitely drew me in with the first episode.

It has only been the 1st episode. Even though it was not great, it was not terrible either and I think the drama will improve later on. Dropping it after the first episode does not seem fair to be honest, give it a chance ! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Lately have seen a lot of dropping of dramas after only the 1st/2nd episode and they later go on to become really good (many dropped Perfume, Watcher, The Wind Blows (including myself and glad I picked it up again), Designated Survivor: 60 Days , Legal High, which actually are good dramas !).

This drama is criminally underrated ! Such a wonderful drama ! The story is simple, beautiful, moving, realistic, filled with emotions and there is maturity and depth to it. At times it was also really touching, I rarely cry when watching dramas but during many scenes I teared up (for the starting episodes it may seem average and messy but from episode 5/6 it gets better and better). The directing, pacing is really good and the acting was great, especially Kam Woo Sung and Kim Ha Neul, who were superb ! It was a good and happy ending too. Ignore the rating and give it a try !

So far so good. I really enjoyed the episodes, the chemistry between the leads is starting to develop. Also, I find their bickering quite enjoyable. I cannot wait to see how the upcoming episodes will unfold.

Kim Jung Hyun to comeback ! He will be joining this drama.

This drama is a gem, extremely underrated ! Do not understand why people are sleeping on this one. This is easily the best sageuk of 2019 and one of the best, a must watch ! (Especially if you're a fan of the genre).

Awesome article ! Before watching I had no expectations (thought it would be average) however after watching I am loving it ! It is really good, my favourite Cdrama at the moment.

Loved Part 1. Loved Part 2 even more ! Cannot wait for Part 3 !

First episode was brilliant. Cannot wait for more !
