In the original show the nurse is drunk (she has an alcoholism problem) and is a substitute so she doesn't know the patients and Jane is half-asleep so she doesn't really pay attention to what the doctor says, and an insemination is basically a turkey baster-looking kinda medical equipment, it's literally takes 2 seconds so I guess Jane doesn't really realise? But also the original show is meant to be over the top and ridiculous so realism isn't really the goal anyway

The rules are very different from a Western (at least French) school that's true, and they can appear as strict (I have a friend from Thailand who has her her cut by her teacher cause it was not in a ponytail, that is absolutly impossible here) but somehow the freedom of the students is different, like we're not allowed to stay in school when the class is over, or we can't just bring friends at home at 1 o'clock like no big deal or that kind of stuff

Really true, everything character is interesting that's so rare! Idk if you watched Hormones the series, but every characters (excep two) are lovable too, and the gay couple is so cute! If you haven't seen it, go for it it's my favorite lakorn!
I've not seen Ai no Kotodama I have to try, but I didn't like Boys Love but Seven Days was cute indeed! The Japanese films Junjou and Candy and Kiss are also nice BL I think
