Exactly that. I feel I had to share this comment because sometimes people may forget to differentiate the character from the actor. The entire cast is doing great.
I feel like I need to share a positive comment about the actor Yu Cheng En who plays Situ Ling / Chao Yuan considering how much his character is currently disliked because of the story.
The guy is doing great acting. It's my first time seeing him in a drama. He is adorable but not his character currently. I hope I see him in great roles in the future.

I feel so sad for him. Anyone who he loves betrays him but atleast it's working out with MY but obviously there was betrayal there before. This guy deserves so much love and care.
So officially, JBZ being the actual Ming Xian (obviously not his name but you get me) as shown in the preview means that he was jealous of Ming Yi and himself... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 they were both the third person in the relationship in a way. Sorry not sorry Situ Ling. You can't even claim being the third person. lol.
