The part where they were discussing where the surname Lu came from was a nice touch in episode 16. Chang Kong's life must've flashed through Chu Kong's mind.
looking forward to the annoying prince explaining the "Kill Chukong" part in the heavenly realm...or mortal realm in this case if they both acknowledge both remember.
My minor but obvious theory about how Chu Kong knew Xiangyun was crying;
When she died as mortal and revisited him as an invisible immortal, he felt her presence and her tear fell on his palm so Chu Kong must've remembered that she was sad to have to let go of Chang Kong... or he simply has super sensitivity and great powers.
Can someone spoil me today's episodes?? So i can decide if I'll watch it today or binge watch it together with…
their interactions were great but obviously experiencing love when they are strangers can be awkward so these 2 episodes were actually good tbh. if you can wait till tomorrow, up to you but today's episodes left me wanting more.
Oh wow!! I loved all of their interactions post reunion. Glad they dealt with the awkwardness of meeting each other again after killing each other. Chu Kong misses mortal Xiangyun and Xiangyun thinks Lu Chang Kong has isn't important to Chu Kong's long life and has disappeared (Chu Kong does say Chang Kong is still here if he is remembered but she's dozed off) ... lovebirds not knowing they actually love each other and not only the mortal versions... this is going to long and epic.
