On my way to start the last episode and I'm so sad to let this drama go. I do have some questions which I'm hoping they get answered since I was bombarded with reveals in episode 39 that I dont really understand. Let's see if it gets cleared up.

Just finished episode 36. Deng Kai and along Xue Er ❤️‍🔥😳🫣 I loved the fact that she literally made him kneel to her... my imagination but its like the modern day proposal asking her to be his empress. In another life, in another drama, this would've been different. Love the two actors. Doing great with the chemistry.

Our boy literally was 'whipped' for his wife. But his smile to her after all those lashes. 🥺🥹

Low key kind of a bit annoyed with the butcher gang leader like why is he acting so salty. Guessing he has 'feelings' for her. Like when did that happen? 🤣

My favourite scene of episode 36 was when he stopped the parade and didn't say anything or move until she got the n point and threw the ribbon to him and his reaction was 🤭🥹💜

Anyways, going to spread out watching the remaining episodes ... maybe finish it tonight because I can't say goodbye yet.🥺

The way I got my hopes up when I was scrolling and saw an edit with a date on it.. and then reality sunk in because I was thinking that's too good to be true and came here to check and ... it was exactly what I thought. But whenever it'll release, I know it will be epic.
