This frustrated me too. Why is the 2ML getting more screentime with the FL? I was starting to think that the story was really about the 2ML & his sister. 😠It gets a little better later, but only a little.

I think the point of the Death character, and the series itself, was to show the ML that life itself is valuable, including his. I felt that Death was working for God. In the beginning, I thought Death was too harsh, but as the series went on, I think she was there to 'show him' that lesson instead of just telling him, even though it was in unsympathetic way.

Almost every episode, I was pleasantly surprised at which actor showed up! Made it even more enjoyable. I don't think they advertised this one. I hadn't heard about it. I just happened to be on Amazon Prime and seeing which kdramas they had out of curiosity.
